# Capture after a meeting

> Capture attendees, notes, relationships, and follow-ups into Orbit right after a meeting with the black plus button, voice, text, or Granola sync.

# Capture after a meeting

The walk from the room to the sidewalk is when Orbit earns its keep.

## Do this

1. Tap the black **+** (Mac or iPhone)
2. Speak or type everyone who mattered:

Met Lena Park and Omar Hassan at the lobby.
Lena is Head of Growth at Relume — Omar introduced us.
Follow up with Lena Thursday about the pilot.
```

3. Confirm the proposal — new contacts, notes, relationships, reminder
4. Optional: if you use **Granola** (Pro), sync so meeting notes land on attendees

## Checklist

* Names + companies
* How you met / who introduced
* One follow-up with a time
