# Keep the graph fresh

Imports get you started. Freshness is how Orbit stays useful in month three.

## Do this

1. Upgrade to **Pro** if you have not ([Plans](/guides/plans))
2. On **Mac**, enable [Autopilot](/guides/autopilot) — start with Meetings & email
3. Connect Google (and Granola if you take notes there)
4. Check the [Signals](/guides/signals) bell weekly — act or dismiss
5. When someone matters and the card looks thin, run deep research on the contact

## Weekly rhythm (10 minutes)

| Step | Action                                                 |
| ---- | ------------------------------------------------------ |
| 1    | Clear Signals that need a hello or update              |
| 2    | Capture anyone you met that did not land via Autopilot |
| 3    | Run one Search you care about this week                |
