Enrichment is Orbit filling the blanks — so Search is not staring at empty titles.

What happens automatically

If a contact has a trusted LinkedIn URL, Orbit enriches work and education in the background (Free and Pro). That is the main Free promise: your LinkedIn network, enriched. Contacts that only came from Google or iPhone without LinkedIn get light name cleanup. They are still searchable; they just will not look as complete until a LinkedIn URL lands or you research them.

Deep research (Pro)

On Pro, open a contact card and use the on-demand research action (the wand) when:

• someone matters and the card still looks thin
• you need a sharper company / role picture before outreach

There is no “Enrich all” sprint that burns through your whole graph on upgrade day — enrichment stays intentional and automatic where LinkedIn trust exists.

What good looks like

Open a contact you care about. You should see:

• current role and company
• sensible history when available
• enough context that Search can explain why they matched

If a card is wrong, edit fields or add a note via Add to Orbit — your corrections teach the graph.
